Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026 · Version 1.2
1. What this is
TradeFlow Quantum is a trading journal and analytics tool. It helps you log trades, analyze performance, and generate reports. The service is owned and operated by Crosspoint Capital Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (S-corp tax election). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean Crosspoint Capital Inc.
2. What this is NOT
Not investment or financial advice. Nothing in this app — including descriptive analytics, equity curve charts, mistake pattern statistics, or any other feature — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or financial planning guidance. All numbers are computed from your own trade history; nothing is predictive. Not a broker or investment adviser. We do not execute trades and are not registered as a broker-dealer or investment adviser with the SEC, FINRA, or any regulatory body. We import data from brokers you already use. Not tax advice. Export tools (JSON, PDF) generate reports from your data as a convenience. Consult a qualified tax professional for tax matters.
3. Risk of loss
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the significant or total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical statistics shown in this app are derived from your own trade history and are not predictive of future outcomes. Statistics computed on small samples can be volatile and may reflect noise rather than skill. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.
4. Your data
Your data belongs to you. We store it encrypted on Supabase (US region). We do not sell or share your trade data. Export your full data anytime as JSON from Settings (a PDF performance report is available separately). Delete your account yourself from Settings → Danger zone — it wipes your rows, your Stripe customer record and your sign-in, and no email to support is required. Broker access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest.
5. Imported broker data
Verify against your broker’s official records. Trade data is imported from third-party brokers and aggregation providers (including SnapTrade) that we do not control. We do not warrant that imported data is accurate, complete, current, or free of duplication or omission, and connections may fail, lag, or return incorrect values for reasons outside our control. Your broker’s own confirmations and statements are the authoritative record of your trading activity — not this app. You are responsible for verifying imported data before relying on it for any purpose, including tax preparation, regulatory or prop-firm reporting, or trading decisions. We are not liable for losses, filing errors, or penalties arising from inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable third-party data.
6. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crosspoint Capital Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular feature will remain available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated here.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crosspoint Capital Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, tax errors, or any decisions made using this service. We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crosspoint Capital Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any third-party claim, loss, liability, or reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights, (c) content or data you submit to the service, or (d) your use of the service to provide advice, analytics, or reporting to any third party. This does not apply to claims arising from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it. You represent that you are legally permitted to trade the instruments you record here, that you are not barred from doing so by any regulator or by your employer, and that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and are not on any US government restricted-party list.
10. Acceptance
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these terms and understand that this is a journaling tool, not a source of investment advice, and that trading involves risk of significant or total loss of capital.
11. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription or through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again, but you remain entitled to use the service through that date. All sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases of documented billing error or service unavailability; to request consideration, email support@tradeflowquantum.com. We disclose this renewal behavior in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §17600 et seq., Virginia Code §59.1-207.46, and similar automatic-renewal laws.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service or its data; (b) use the service to provide investment advice or analytics to third parties in a manner that would require licensing as a broker-dealer or investment adviser; (c) attempt to access another user’s data; or (d) use the service in violation of any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice when practicable.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the email on file and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Pennsylvania, with the exception that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible. You and Crosspoint Capital Inc. each waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
15. Trademark
“TradeFlow Quantum” and the TradeFlow Quantum logo are trademarks of Crosspoint Capital Inc. All other trademarks referenced in the service belong to their respective owners.
