How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Open the Stripe customer portal from Settings → Billing and click Cancel. Cancellation is immediate and you keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. If you’re still in the 30-day free trial, cancellation prevents any charge from ever firing.
I forgot my password.▼
Visit the sign-in page and click “Forgot password.” You’ll get a reset link in your email within a minute. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam — and if it’s still missing, email support and we’ll reset you manually.
My broker isn't connecting / sync failed.▼
Most broker-OAuth failures resolve by disconnecting and reconnecting from the Brokers page. If that doesn’t fix it, email support with the broker name and what happened — most brokers have rate-limit windows that take a few hours to clear.
Can I export my data?▼
Yes, anytime. Settings → Data → Export pulls all your trades, notes, screenshots, and lessons as JSON, CSV, or PDF. We never gate the export, even on cancelled accounts.
Do you have a refund policy?▼
The 30-day free trial is our refund policy — you have a full month to try Pro at no charge. After the trial, refunds are case-by-case. If you’ve been billed and something’s genuinely wrong, email support and we’ll work it out.
Is my data safe?▼
Yes. Trade data is encrypted at rest, broker OAuth tokens are encrypted with a per-user key, and we never share or sell your data. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
