Active development this iteration. Visible behavior may change without notice.

Native iOS app

QA — target Q4 2026

Push notifications, biometric unlock, Siri Shortcuts for quick trade entry, offline mode for trade entry.

Custom mistake-checker dimensions

Beta — invite-only this round

Add your own tags (e.g. "trade during earnings week", "trade after caffeine") and the checker tracks win rate against them.

Webhook subscriptions

API design phase

Fire webhooks on trade entry/exit, daily summary, weekly review. Plug into Slack, Notion, Zapier, your own infra.

Next 90 days

Planned and dated. Subject to broker API access, customer feedback, and capacity.

NinjaTrader OAuth integration

Q3 — pending NinjaTrader API access approval

Direct OAuth (not CSV) for NinjaTrader 8. Top broker-integration request all year.

Webull OAuth integration

Q3

Direct OAuth for Webull equities + options. CSV preset exists today; OAuth is the upgrade.

Year-in-review PDF generator

Q3

Annual report card — total trades, top setups, worst leaks, biggest wins. One-click export to PDF for tax/review/keepsake.

Multi-currency support

Q4

Forex traders + non-US futures need P&L in their account currency, not just USD. Real-time FX conversion at trade time.

Public benchmark comparisons

Q4

Opt-in feature to compare your equity curve against SPY, QQQ, a 60/40 portfolio. Stays private to you; no leaderboards.

Considering

Might or might not happen. Votes via the feedback form move items up the queue.

Team / fund mode

Depends on demand from 3+ funds

Multi-seat accounts where a fund manager can see read-only views of trader accounts. Aggregated risk view, no copy-trade.

Sierra Chart OAuth

Researching

Sierra Chart users are a small but vocal segment. We have CSV preset today; OAuth is more complex due to their architecture.

AI-generated weekly review summary

Concept stage — debating whether it adds value or removes the discipline benefit

LLM-written 200-word summary of the week's trades for users who skip Sunday review. Not coaching — just narrative.

MetaTrader 5 EA bridge

Research

Real-time trade sync from MT5 expert advisors via a small bridge process. CSV import works today; EA bridge is for live sync.

Public sharing (opt-in trade-by-trade)

Privacy implications under review

Share specific trades with a friend/coach via tokenized URL. Read-only, expires in 7 days. Currently you can share trade screenshots; this would share live data.

Not building

Deliberate non-goals. These won't ship — please don't ask. Recommendations included where alternatives exist.

Trade signals / alerts when patterns match

Use Trade Ideas or BlackBoxStocks

If we generated signals, we'd be a signals service — not a journal. Different product, different audience, different risk profile.

Copy trading / leaderboards

Use eToro or Tradervue Pro

Self-analysis is private by design. Public performance posting attracts the wrong audience and creates Discord-server style noise.

Tax form generation (8949 / Schedule D)

Use TurboTax + Form 8949 or CryptoTrader.Tax

Tax tooling is a specialized vertical with regulatory liability we're not equipped to take on.

Algorithmic / auto-trading hooks

Use QuantConnect or TradeStation

Read-only broker scopes are a security feature, not a limitation we want to remove. If we offered auto-trading, a TFQ compromise becomes a trading-account compromise.

Mobile-app-only feature gates

Whatever ships in iOS ships on the web too. We don't believe in "download our app for the full experience."

AI chatbot / "talk to your data" feature

Every SaaS adds an AI chatbot now. We don't use LLMs anywhere in the product — your journal is deterministic analytics over your own trades, not a chatbot. Chatting with your data is a demo, not a product.

Pro tier / premium add-ons

$17/month flat is the position. Adding a tier ladder would betray the core promise. If a feature can't make sense at $17, we don't build it.

Recently shipped

Selected highlights from the last ~90 days. Full history at /changelog.

Card-free trial

Jun 2026

Removed the credit-card requirement at signup. Card collection moved to day 7 via Stripe trial_settings.end_behavior.

SnapTrade aggregator

May 2026

Covers Interactive Brokers, Fidelity, Robinhood — the brokers without direct OAuth.

Prop firm eval mode

Apr 2026

Real-time daily loss + trailing drawdown + required-days tracker for Topstep, Apex, FTMO, FundedNext.

Hash-chained audit log

Apr 2026

Every sensitive action recorded with a hash chain so tampering is detectable.

RLS hardening migration 035

Mar 2026

Closed RLS gap on share_tokens, saved_reports, api_tokens tables. Every user-owned table now has explicit RLS policies.

Last refresh: 6/28/2026. This is the honest version — if an item moved from “Next 90” to “Considering” it’s because the timeline slipped, not because we’re hiding it.
